The company was founded by — and is a partnership between — experienced estate agents, lawyers and farmers. We have strong ties to agriculture: we were born and raised on working farms, and we are proud of it.

We know what it takes.

Hard, honest work put into a farm through generations is in our bones. From our own experience we know the processes, opportunities and challenges of selling and handing over family farms.

Through his long legal practice, lawyer Pål Grønnerød has helped farmers with specialist expertise in farm transfers, ground leases, subdivision, zoning and other property law. Pål grew up on a full-production farm and took part in the farm work throughout his childhood.

Henrik Tegneby is a qualified estate agent and economist with long experience of every kind of property sale — resale homes, commercial buildings, companies, development land, large housing projects and farms. He has worked for leading national agencies, and today owns and lives on the farm where he grew up, which produces grain and eggs.

Tegneby & Grønnerød Landbruksmegling was founded to create the best possible customer experience through an open, trustworthy and proper property transaction.
